Your time is now, to awaken from the dream, the illusion of separation, and step into your true mission. the journey: I am a spiritual being living a human experience. I choose to awaken to my light. I choose to walk through the valley of my own shadows, free from fear and with unconditional love. I allow myself to connect with the universal spirit, God, the
Ethers, all that is and follow the path to truth. I am open to receive my unique, divine gifts and choose to share them with the world.

life, as we know it, has taught us many different things. We have evolved according to our experiences and have learned to survive based on our reality. We, the beings that we are, male or female, hold more masculine traits while others more feminine. Our journey is to find balance within the two and bring harmony back to our divine vessel, embodying the gift, the trinity, to live a life in true universal balance and become one with our source creator.

Honoring e-motion, energy in motion, can look drastically different from day to day. We walk hand in hand, honoring what is surfacing, walking in the face of fear with an open heart, to shine light on our past. Versions of us that were left in the dark can be set free. We break free from the survivor/blame-victim/guilt-narcissistic mentality and step into or divine light, flaming the spark, to allow our true essence to shine. To become the warrior of our story, standing tall in connection with all that is.

NOURISHING YOUR BODY

Nourishment comes in many forms. We bring awareness to all patterns, behaviors, systems, and habits that have been blocking you and keeping you stuck in the dreaded cycles of suffering. We break free from all suffering to re-member how to live a life full of joy, peace, balance, and harmony. We re-member our true state of being-ness is one of wholeness. We develop a relationship with our beloved self, and in doing so, all those around us.
